Method:-
Heat pan
Add 2tsp of Ghee in pan
Add 1-2tsp of butter
Add 2-3 cardamom & bay leaf & cumin
Then add 'Asafoetida' Powder (Hing)
Add 1cup of tomato Puree (200ml)
Mix it well
Add 2tsp of ginger & garlic paste
Then add honey in it.
Add little amount of turmeric Powder
Add 2tsp of chilli Powder.
Then add 2tsp of kitchen king masala
Stir it well
Add 1cup of milk in it
Add chopped coriender
Add 1tsp of butter in it
Now add Paneer in it
Add Salt to taste
Now add some cream on top
Add Julian cut Ginger
Now add chopped coriender
