Paneer Makhani

Method:-

  • Heat pan

  • Add 2tsp of Ghee in pan

  • Add 1-2tsp of butter

  • Add 2-3 cardamom & bay leaf & cumin

  • Then add 'Asafoetida' Powder (Hing)

  • Add 1cup of tomato Puree (200ml)

  • Mix it well

  • Add 2tsp of ginger & garlic paste

  • Then add honey in it.

  • Add little amount of turmeric Powder

  • Add 2tsp of chilli Powder.

  • Then add 2tsp of kitchen king masala

  • Stir it well

  • Add 1cup of milk in it

  • Add chopped coriender

  • Add 1tsp of butter in it

  • Now add Paneer in it

  • Add Salt to taste

  • Now add some cream on top

  • Add Julian cut Ginger

  • Now add chopped coriender
